Hello and welcome - I’m Kelly Thistlethwaite and my business, Yorkshire Yogi is all about inspiring you to be happy, content and confident. I help you to identify and reduce stress and to live a happier life. 

I offer Wellbeing workshops to different populations such as Teachers, Students, Corporates and the general public. My workshops can be tailored to suit your needs and can include mindfulness, self-awareness, stress management, conscious communication, decision fatigue, yoga, guided breath work and relaxation, mindful walking and forest bathing and specialist massage.

I deliver fun, informative and interactive workshops to inspire you to make positive changes to your lifestyle to enhance your wellbeing. I am down to earth, passionate and love to help people. This is what you can expect if you work with me.

Whether you are a Teacher or HR manager looking to implement some wellbeing strategies for your staff/students, a worried parent, a stressed student or the general public craving some you time...my workshops are for you. I offer 1:1 appointments to give you that quality time to focus on what you need whether that be bodywork, coaching or movement, and fitness inspiration.

I help you to look after your most important asset- your poeple. My Corporate Wellbeing workshops can be delivered both onsite and offsite and can be tailored to your specifc needs. Learning ways to identify and reduce stress and enhancing wellbeing is a must if we wish to live a long and happy life. Being a student isn't easy and exam time is challenging...I can remember it well. With symptoms of stress and anixtey showing up my mood was irritable and my confidence was low...am I good enough to pass? Am I clever enough? Have I done enough revision? And the list goes on. I help students and staff reduce stress, muscle tension and anixitey and improve sleep and confidence with my fun, friendly and informative workshops.

My Yoga Workshops combine yoga, guided forest bath walks, guided relaxation, great food and time to socialise with like minded people. I have found some beautiful venues acorss Yorkshire to host our workshops and show off our beautiful county. Each workshop offers something slightly differnt and are great fun.
