I have always been told to go for whatever I want in life. To give it my all and to believe in myself and to never let anything stop me. I have my parents, family and friends to thank for helping me become the women I am today and I will always be grateful.

If in doubt, head out!

Our lives are busy and our minds are over run with To Do lists, decisions, thoughts and feelings. Well, I know mine can be anyway. Stepping outdoors for me is like pressing pause. I find it so refreshing and grounding. Whether I am walking, running, cycling or drinking my brew outside in the morning and watching the sun rise…the peace and calm that nature brings me is refreshing, nourishing and addictive.

Follow your dreams, dream big, the sky is the limit, aim for the moon…if you miss, you are still amongst the stars. There are so many fabulous inspirational quotes out there which I used to look and think ‘yeah sure…it won’t happen for me though’ and ‘it’s not that easy’.
