Yorkshire Yogis Spring Workshop

I am so excited to announce my next Yogic Workshop that brings together three of my favourite things..Yoga, spring time and Nature.

The workshop will be held at the stunning venue-Natural Retreats in Richmond.

Close to my heart...Richmond is a beautiful town in North Yorkshire where I have spent the last 5 years of my life. Having passed the venue many times whilst out running and cycling it has been on my list of places to hold a workshop... and I am so delighted that the time has come.

Nestled in the Yorkshire hills at the footsteps of the dales national park, The Sanctuary building surrounded my woodland and nature is the perfect spot to host my spring themed workshop.

Themed around the arrival and welcoming of our next wonderful season....Spring. This season is the perfect time to 'spring clean': let go of the old and welcome the new and to embrace and enjoy not only what that means for us but nature too.

The aim of the workshop is to help you relax, connect with yourself and nature and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. To help you do this I have chosen this peaceful space for you to have some you time, move your body, learn helpful breathing techniques to help you relax and reduce stress and connect with nature.

I am delighted to have Faith Douglous join me On my workshop to treat us all to a Forest Bath (and don't worry you don't need your swim suits). A Forest Bath is a guided walk through the forest learning as we go with one of the most amazing ladies I know. 

The beautiful 4hr Yogic Workshop will include the follow treats:

  • 75min Yoga class
  • 60min Forest Bath
  • Delicious nourishing refreshments
  • 30min Guided Relaxation class

All are welcome to my workshops. My classes are fully adaptive and suitable for beginners all the way through to advanced yogis.

What you will need:

  • A banket for guided relaxation
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear for our walk through the forest (walking boots/wellies depending on the weather and waterproofs are always a good idea up north just incase as we will head out in all weather conditions 😊)
  • A journal-included in the workshop are a few golden nuggets of reflective journal questions for you to enjoy.
  • Yoga matts are provided but please feel free to bring your own little beauty if you wish

This workshop is the perfect way to dust of the cold and dim days of winter and welcome the light beginnings of spring.
