What Is Fly Mama?

We are an online platform for mums to access support, inspiration and guidance through their motherhood journey. 

We offer live Yoga and Pilates classes each week to help you to GROW strong and calm through your pregnancy, HEAL in your 4th trimester, REBUILD your core and pelvic floor strength and finally THRIVE. 

Our qualified women's health physio Michelle, will also deliver educational talks around your pelvic health and our Mindfulness and Matrescence coach Kelly, will deliver videos around the journey through motherhood and how you can best support yourself.

 The essence of our platform is to empower you to First Love Yourself Mamas. We can't wait to meet you.
