Maternal Anger

Anger is an emotion like anyother  but gets a bad rap. As women-we also are often brought up to not be or show anger. WHat this means, is that we dont know what to do with it.

Anger is a fantastic emotion when used safetly and listened to.

I work with you to notice when anger arises, and what its trying to tell you.

I encourage you to notice what this emotion feels like in your body and guide you to release it.

I weave Yoga and breathwork together to help lift and release this dense emotion.
